Build a sawmill and a workshop. Upgrade efficiency.
Build and sell a mansion. Buy materials and hire workers.
Buy houses to demolish them and build mansions.
Build a substation and a mausoleum in zoned lots.
Upgrade, paint, and light mansions.
Leave a lot of materials prepared, then demolish the sawmill.
If almost all mansions are three stars, demolish the workshop.
Fill all empty lots with upgraded, painted, and lighted mansions.
Buy the mansion back to upgrade, paint, and light it.
This is the end of quick play levels, and the end of the campaigns!
