Reactive neuromuscular training (RNT) will improve your technical ability to do any exercise pattern. The bands pull you one direction, and automatically you'll resist them, which puts you in a better position.
You're essentially getting pulled into the dysfunction or toward a poor position and that's what will help you pull away correcting the problem. This is perfect if you're feeling a bit rusty on a lift because it works as a teaching tool. If you're already proficient on a lift, you can use it to overload a specific muscle group.
With this particular method, an ultra mini or mini band is more than enough tension. Remember the band is going to stretch quite a bit, which will increase the tension. – Brandon Holder
