Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients:
1½ cups flour ( I used cake flour, but feel free to use all purpose flour)
½ cup old fashion oats
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
½ cup chopped nuts (optional, I'm not using any because of allergies)
3 ripe bananas
½ cup milk
5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
