We’re so excited to share with you Soma’s dish he made in season 4 (fourth serving) against Somei Saito from the Central council.
This video contains 2 different recipes in 1: the pilaf rice that can be enjoyed by itself and the apple Butter Pilaf Inari sushi (if you only make the rice for the inarizushi, divide the rice and water by 4). We made the sauce with glutinous rice flour instead of kirimochi because we couldn’t find any (kirimochi is made with rice flour) so feel free to do the same. La recette des Inarizushi Pilaf au Beurre aromatisé façon Yukihira de Soma dans Food wars ! C’est le plat de l’épisode 6 de la saison 4 que Soma prépare pour son duel sur le thème du beurre contre Somei Saito. On vous montre comment faire le riz pilaf aromatisé au beurre monté à la pomme de Megumi et les inarizushi. Si vous ne voulez faire que 4 inarizushi comme nous, divisez la quantité de riz (et d’eau !) par 4 :) Nos quantités de riz suffisent pour nourrir une famille lol.
On a utilisé de la farine de riz gluant à la place des kirimochi qu’on n’a pas trouvé. (de toute façon ils sont composés de farine de riz)

Recette des Inarizushi Pilaf au Beurre aromatisé façon Yukihira de Soma dans Food wars ! :
★ Ingrédients : (pour 4 inarizushi)

2 aburaage

Dashi:
-200ml d'eau
-1/2cc dashi de bonite
-1/2cc dashi de konbu
-1cc de sauce soja
-1cc de sucre

Riz pilaf:
-1cs beurre
-80g d'oignons
-150g de poulet
-100g de crevettes
-1 cube de bouillon de poulet
-350g de riz
-700-750ml d'eau (si le riz n'est pas assez cuit ajoutez 50ml d'eau)
-Poivre
-70g de monté au beurre à la pomme (c'est moins diet mais vous pouvez tout ajouter c'est encore meilleur quand le beurre enrobe le riz avec l'acidité de la pomme)

Monté au beurre à la pomme de Megumi Tadokoro:
-1/2pomme rapée
-1cs de jus de citron
-80g de beurre froid

Sauce béchamel au soja:
-260ml de lait de soja
-25g de farine de riz gluant
-Sel, poivre
-4 fromages de Takumi Aldini: parmesan, gorgonzola, ricotta, mozzarella

Soma’s Yukihira Style Fragrant Butter Pilaf Inarizushi Recipe from Food Wars ! Shokugeki no Soma
Recipe – from Food wars ! :

★ Ingredients : (makes 4 inari sushi)

2 aburaage

Dashi:
-200ml water
-1/2tsp bonito dashi
-1/2tsp konbu dashi
-1tsp soy sauce
-1tsp sugar

Pilaf rice:
-1tbs butter
-80g onions
-150g chicken
-100g shrimps
-1 chicken stock cube
-350g rice
-700-750ml water (taste the rice and if it’s not fully cooked add 50ml more)
-Pepper
-70g of apple monté au beurre (honestly jus add the whole thing not just 2big spoons if you want to really taste the butter and the tanginess of the apple. It's amazing.)

Tadokoro Megumi’s Apple Monté au beurre:
-1/2 grated apple
-1tbs lemon juice
-80g cold butter

Soy milk Sauce béchamel:
-260ml soy milk
-25g glutinous rice flour
-Salt, pepper
-Takumi Aldini’s 4 cheeses: parmesan cheese, gorgonzola, ricotta, mozzarella
