Healthy Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
Mixed salad leaves
Onion (thinly sliced)
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber (sliced)
Avocado (cubed)
Cooked chicken (grilled or boiled, sliced)
Seasoning / Dressing:
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic (minced) – 1 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Honey – 1 tsp
Method:
In a large bowl, add mixed salad leaves, onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and chicken.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, mustard, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, and honey.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Toss well until everything is coated.
Serve fresh and enjoy your healthy chicken salad.
