The green roof is set between two towers on the sixth floor, and because the sixth floor is the amenity center, the roof functions as an additional communal space. It includes artificial turf, living vegetation, real trees, a reflecting pool and shaded alcoves with tables and chairs. In addition to indoor dining options, a gym, coffee bar and large lecture space, employees can head outdoors for meetings, to work independently or take respite among informal exterior spaces to spark creativity. The greenspace is organized around a central open gathering space so the amenity provides numerous opportunities for individuals or groups to take advantage of the flexible collaborative environments which reshape the construct of the modern workplace.
