The Dylan, a Sterling Bay and Ascentris property, commenced construction in March 2022 and welcomed its first tenants in early 2024. Designed by bKL Architecture, this 30-story mixed-used building towers over Fulton Market and captures the essence of vibrant urban living. The lower floors emulate Chicago’s vintage warehouse style with an elegant brick facade, supporting the modern tower of expansive glass windows. A fifth-floor outdoor terrace with a bold muraled ceiling sits on the southern side of the tower, supported by Y-shaped columns that stretch the length of the building.
Over 46,000 square feet of custom ALPOLIC® /fr Metallic MCM clad these columns, the terrace fascia, and the window frames of the upper floors.
