DIY Mic Stand from a Weighted Base Lamp with Cable Clips for Cable Routing

I'm building a weighted base mic stand! Rather than buying it in off Amazon I decided to DIY it and build my own.
Swing lamps already have return springs and positionable retention screws on them to hold a light in place. And coincidentally they've got just about the right retention for a standard mic bracket.
In addition I've 3D printed brackets for the mic cable to route it effectively on the back of the retention spring arm. Those are available through the links below at GitHub or Thingiverse.
Other equipment I briefly look at in the video are the Orange Pi Zero recording device I use to dump audio over my network and the Behringer U-Phoria UM2. If anyone's interested I can cover that in more detail in a future video.
