►Ingredients for the Roasted Chicken

1 Whole Chicken which is around 1.3 - 1.5 kg
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. red chilli flakes
1 tsp. black pepper
3 garlic cloves
1.5 tsp. salt
Juice of half a large lemon
1 tbsp. distilled vinegar
1 tbsp. dried oregano
5 tbsp. sunflower oil or 7 tbsp. melted butter
5 tbsp. water

►For the Gravy Sauce

50g butter
50g plain flour
500ml water
Juices from the chicken
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper

►For the chips

1kg steak cut chips
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
