With the LiveChat Agent App, handling chats has become a lot easier. You can speed up your support with tools like message sneak peek, premade responses, and keyboard shortcuts. And that’s not it, you can switch between the desktop app and the mobile app in a flash!

Also, the desktop app lets you streamline your workflow, meaning that it works quietly in the background while you work, and it notifies you when a new message arrives and doesn’t accept new chats when your status is inactive. So you won’t have to worry about this when your status clearly shows that you’re away.

Desktop Application for Mac:
1️⃣ After clicking “Get the LiveChat App,” the browser should automatically recognize your device and suggest “Download for Mac.”
2️⃣ Click on it
3️⃣ Open up your download, and drag it to the Applications folder!
4️⃣ Go to your launchpad and open it up.
5️⃣ Now you got your LiveChat Agent App downloaded on your Mac! Input your credentials to log in, and there you go!

Desktop Application for Windows:
1️⃣ After clicking “Get the LiveChat App,” the browser should automatically recognize your device and suggest “Download for Windows”.
2️⃣ Click on Download for Windows.
3️⃣ Then go to your downloads folder and open up the application.
4️⃣ Here you can choose your installation options if you have many users on one device.
Click Next and then click Install.
And that’s it! All that’s left is to sign in with your credentials.

Mobile App for IOS:
1️⃣ Go to your App Store and click on the search tab in the bottom right corner.
2️⃣ Type in LiveChat, “LiveChat - Support & Sell”.
3️⃣ Click on “get”. “Double-Click to Install” like with any app. Give it a sec.
4️⃣ Open it up and allow “LiveChat to use wireless data” choose WLAN & Mobile or WLAN Only.
5️⃣ Lastly, select “Continue with LiveChat” and sign in through the browser tab that opens up.

Mobile App for Android
1️⃣ Open up the Google Play Store and click on the search tab.
2️⃣ Type in LiveChat, “LiveChat - Customer Service”.
3️⃣ Click on install and then click Open.
4️⃣ And for notifications we're going to click on allow.
5️⃣ Then, we will click on "Continue with LiveChat" and sign in through the browser tab that opens up.
