Recipe :
In a pan add a small slice of grass-fed butter ( or just skip the butter ) use only olive oil
Add the chicken breast & cook 4 minutes each sides on low medium heat
Add the slices tomatoes 🍅 on the top cover and cook for another 3 minutes remove the cover add spinach and cook again on low medium heat until the spinach is cooked about 2 minutes
