Tapioca pudding recipe | Vietnamese tapioca pudding with coconut and banana | No sugar dessert

Описание: Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel! Today I will take you to a journey to... Vietnam! I have prepared one delicious dessert for you this time called as Che Cuoi. This Vietnamese tapioca pudding contains mashed banana and coconut cream which simply enrich the interesting texture of tapioca and they also add tons of flavour! I love banana desserts, so this has become one on my fav! Plus that, it is refined sugar free!

Ingredients (serves 2)
-500ml milk
-50g soaked tapioca pearls (soaked for 30 min in water)
-50g jaggery
-2 bananas, pureed or mashed
-50g of coconut cream (use coconut milk if not available, but coconut cream imparts a better flavour and texture)
