The Chicago White Sox are coming off the worst season in the history of Major League Baseball. They have no core pieces, not enough in the prospect pool to really expect greatness in the near future, and don't even have the first overall pick. In addition, they have one of the worst owners in sports with Jerry Reinsdorf, and their outlook on the future isn't that great. Today, we are going to try and turn these (Not so) loveable losers into a team with a future contending window and young stars to be excited for.

To do this, we are going to adopt a method of rebuilding known as the Pre-Arbitration Extension, made most popular by the Atlanta Braves of the past several years, and formerly, the White Sox themselves, where we will give out major extensions to young players before they have proved themselves to try and sneak out a ton of value and underpay players for a hopeful future dynasty.
