Hip 90/90 is an exercise taught to me by the Functional Range Systems team. It is an excellent exercise to train your hips to have strong, controllable range of motion.
Hip 90/90 aims to train the hips to build strength (which provides joint control & safety) in internal and external hip rotation positions, thereby improving your hip flexibility, mobility, and health.
This video builds on a previous hip 90/90 video. In this video, I hope to convey better verbal cues as to how to perform the isometric contractions component of the exercise.
Of course, this is just a demonstration, and the real learning takes place in my office in a 1-on-1 setting with my patients.
