This video takes you through an entire full-body CARs routine. Recall: CARs = Controlled Articular Rotations. As taught and inspired by the Functional Range Conditioning course, I recommend everybody perform a routine like this to restore, maintain, and improve their joint health.
This routine illustrates:
1. Cervical Spine CARs
2. Shoulder Blade CARs
3. Glenohumeral Shoulder Joint CARs
4. Elbow CARs
5. Wrist CARs
6. Thoracic & Lumbar Spine CARs
7. Hip CARs
8. Segmental Cat-Cow Exercise for Lumbar & Thoracic Spine
9. Knee CARs
10. Ankle CARs
I typically do 6 rotations per joint, in each direction. The level of tension / irradiation you use depends on what level you're at in your CARs practice.
