Engineer Frank Strunk's Retirement Run; CNJ On CNJ

On Monday July 19th & the big Day July 20th, 2021 the New Jersey Transit GP40 #4109 "CNJ" Finally made her appearence on the Raritan Valley Line, first time ever for this locomotive while serving NJTransit wearing the Heritage paint has this locomotive touched her home rails of the former Central Railroad of New Jersey. Why did NJTransit finally let 4109 run on the Raritan Valley Line well a very special occasion indeed. That special occasion was engineer Frank "Jethro" Strunk's Retirement on July 20th, 2021. Frank had 53 years of service with the railroad and was liked by his coworkers, passengers, and the railfans. One other thing to mention #4109 entered service at the same year that Frank started his career back in 1968.
