🧑🍳 Recipe (Reel Voiceover or Description):
Step 1: Grate Lauki & Prep
• Grate 1 medium lauki and immediately soak it in water (prevents it from turning black).
Step 2: Sauté the Masala Base
• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai.
• Add ½ tsp jeera (cumin), ¼ tsp rai (mustard seeds), ½ tsp saunf (fennel seeds), and 1 finely chopped green chilli.
• Let them splutter.
Step 3: Add Lauki Mixture
• Squeeze water out of grated lauki and add it to the pan.
• Add salt, ¼ tsp haldi, ½ tsp dhaniya powder.
• Mix well.
Step 4: Add Protein Boost
• Add 2–3 tbsp besan (gram flour), ¼ tsp lal mirch, ¼ tsp amchur powder.
• Cook until moisture evaporates and it forms a dry dough-like mix.
• Let it cool.
Step 5: Roll Parathas
• Stuff or mix this into aata (if preferred), roll like regular parathas, and roast on tawa with ghee or oil.
Serve hot with curd or chutney! 🤤
