Green Moong Dal – 1 cup
Poha – 2 tbsp
Curd – ½ cup
Green chilli
Ginger
Coriander leaves
Blanched spinach
Rava (Suji) – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Sugar
Hing
Eno – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – a few drops
For Tadka:
Mustard seeds
Green & red chilli
Curry leaves
For Garnish:
Coriander leaves
Grated coconut
