This gentle morning stretch + gratitude practice is the perfect way to ease into your day — no need to leave your bed or change out of your pajamas. Just breathe, move softly, and give yourself a loving start.
We’ll warm up the body, open through the spine and sides, release sleepy stiffness, and set a grounded intention for the day ahead.
Think of this as your calm, cozy morning reset — a moment just for you before the world begins.

Poses include: side body stretch, neck stretch, cat/cow, cobbler fold, forward fold
