食材:
1) 鮭魚 ( salmon) : 2磅
2)紅糖 :2.5 Tbsp
3) Liquid Smoke : 2 Tbsp
4) Molasses :2 Tbsp
5) Honey :1 Tbsp
6) 鹽 : 1 Tsp
7) 黑胡椒 :2Tsp
Ingredients:
1) salmon : 2 pounds
2) Brown sugar: 2.5 Tbsp
3) Liquid Smoke: 2 Tbsp
4) Molasses: 2 Tbsp
5) Honey: 1 Tbsp
6) Salt: 1 Tsp
7) Black pepper: 2 Tsp
作法:
1)將鮭魚切1.5到2公分的厚度,大約5公分寬 ,切好後放入夾鏈袋內
2) 將所有的調味料放入碗中攪拌均勻,倒入鮭魚片中
3) 所有的鮭魚片都沾上了調味料 ,放入冰箱醃漬隔夜
4) 將醃漬好的鮭魚片,放在網狀烤架上,在放回冰箱,2 - 4 小時,讓鮭魚稍乾,
5) 放入 食品烘乾機,華氏160度烘4小時

5) Put it in a food dehydrator, at 160F for 4 hours
