As a wheelchair user, I can confidently say that the design of the resort is absolutely fantastic. The slopes leading into the pools are gently sloped, making it easy for anyone with mobility challenges to enjoy the water. I’ll take you through the various pools, including the kids' splash pool and the infinity pool, which offers stunning views of the ocean.
Throughout my stay, I’ve been impressed by the attention to detail in ensuring accessibility. The staff have been incredibly helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. The resort features well-designed ramps and lifts, allowing me to navigate the area with ease. I’ll also share my experiences at the gym and the various dining options available, all of which are accessible.
One of the highlights of my trip has been the infinity pool, where access points designed for those with limited mobility, often including pool hoists or gentle slope entrances. and I’ve enjoyed floating as I am unable to swim, being water was absolute HEAVEN for me , the pain and pressure eased on mu back and neck while taking in the breath-taking views. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the amenities cater to both relaxation and fun. I’ll also touch on the entertain, This meant options available for families, including kids' clubs and evening shows.
The resort offers designated disabled parking spaces near the entrance for easier access. If specific details are needed, such as the availability of certain equipment or services, it’s best to contact the resort directly.
