In today’s workout, we’re focusing on simple but effective movements designed especially for women over 50 who want to build stronger legs and feel more confident in their bodies. Resistance Band optional, but encouraged.

Strong legs support everything we do — walking, climbing stairs, staying balanced, and maintaining independence as we age.
