INGREDIENTS:

CAKE:
1 1/2 cups Raw Walnuts
Pinch of Salt
12 Medjool Dates, pits removed
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (or Carob powder or Cacao powder)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons Water


FROSTING:
1 Avocado
3 Medjool Dates, pits removed, and soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (or Carob powder or Cacao powder)
1/4 cup liquid sweetener, such as Raw Coconut Nectar, Maple Syrup, or Honey
