In this 30 min INTENSE ALL AROUND Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will challenge the body by splitting the exercises in 3x categories:
Vertical Exercises (Mainly focusing on the lower body/Legs)
Horizontal Exercises ( Mainly targeting the core and the upper body)
Cardio (Mainly focusing on speed and getting the heart rate Up)
Each block contains 18x exercises for 35 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest in between. After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
