In this 30 minute SAVAGE Bodyweight CRUSHER HIIT Workout we are trying to get the heart rate as high as we can and push it to the limits. We will be having a combination of Cardio and Strength Movements with a lot of movements focused on the core section as well. We are splitting today's workout in two equal parts. Each Part contains 18x exercises which will be performed for 35 seconds and 15 seconds rest between the exercises.
