The Uganda Police Force plans to recruit fifty thousand Special Police Constables across the country to enhance security ahead of the 2021 general elections. The fifty thousand Police Constables will be recruited from their respective districts and they will be vetted by the district police commanders and the various district leaders.The SPCs will only serve for a period of three months from January 2021. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
