Watch the HARTU agri-food use case demo now. This is part of a series of demonstration videos created as part of public deliverable D1.6. The use case explains a challenging sorting and pick-and-place operation within the agri-food sector, based on real requirements from Tecnoalimenti. This demo was filmed at the TEKNIKER and TECNOALIMENTI facilities.
The video focuses on a human-centric, flexible cell based on AI-based technologies developed under the HARTU project. Together, we explore:

✅ How the human operator configures the setup by arranging the input and output boxes
✅ An overview of App Manager features and configurations for the agri-food sector
✅ How the perception module captures the environment
✅ Human-machine interaction, including smart monitoring and tracking features
