The chairman of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) and interim CEO of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) are holding a joint press conference to update Texans on the operational changes being made to improve grid reliability this summer. This comes as the hottest days of the summer remain ahead of us.
