Описание: Early childhood educator and longtime friend Jarrod Fischer Green was visiting from out of town, and dropped by to record a couple of songs. "My Roots Go Down" was new to me, but I learned it in about five minutes because the tune is super catchy and the wonderful lyrics have the repetition that makes a song perfect for singalongs.

In fact, this is a great example of is sometimes referred to as a "zipper song." You can zip in new lyrics easily just by calling them out in advance, or having a song leader sing the first line, and the group joining in on the second line. This one is 1000% coming to school with me, and while its perfect for Earth Day, I doubt I'll be able to wait for April to share it.
