Having trouble turning on the panel? Try these troubleshooting steps.

To remove possible static buildup:
1. Unplug device from wall outlet.
2. Disconnect all the electrical components
3. With the power supply disconnected, take an eraser and rub the eraser on every metal connector, to include:
Power cord metal connector that goes into the device.
Power supply metal prongs that go into the wall outlet.
USB connector that goes into the power adapter.
4. Reconnect all electrical components after completing rubbing the eraser on all the metal connections that are listed above.
5. Connect power supply to device.
6. Plug power supply into the wall outlet.
If it does not turn on try a different Wall Outlet.
