I needed a haircut badly after traveling across Indonesia, so I went to a local traditional barbershop (pangkas rambut) in Padang, West Sumatra. What the barber DIDN'T expect was that this American speaks Indonesian! Watch his surprised reaction when I start speaking Bahasa Indonesia.

This is the authentic Indonesian barber experience - no tourist shops, just a real local barbershop where I got a traditional haircut and shave while connecting with the barber in Indonesian.
