Описание: From 2am-5am on January 4th, Blizzard conditions peaked along Virginia Beach's Oceanfront Boardwalk. Winds gusting to 50mph+ as the bombing cyclone passed 100 miles offshore created near whiteout conditions and high snowfall rates. This collection of clips exhibits some of the strongest gusts and harsh conditions in contrast to the bright city lights and palm trees, and the famous Poseidon statue on Atlantic Avenue.
