The Crocodile River is in flood in the Lowveld Botanical Garden in Mmbombela, Mpumalanga Province, today. Heavy rain in Pretoria and Waterval Boven over the last few days. Also, a rainstorm hit Shingwedzi Rest Camp at 12 am this morning in Kruger National Park. Day on the beach at Ramsgate, Struisbaai, and Britannia Bay in the Western Cape. The weather forecast across South Africa today is as follows:
A heavy storm is currently hammering the northern Kruger National Park, with flooding and rivers cutting off access to camps. At the same time, severe thunderstorms are expected across central and southeastern Limpopo and the eastern Mpumalanga Highveld, bringing heavy rain that’ll flood roads and low-lying areas, damaging winds, dangerous lightning, and small hail that could damage homes and infrastructure, with life-threatening conditions possible, so stay indoors and avoid travel if you’re in these areas.

Also in this video, is traffic at Beaufort West from Cape Town side. A queue more than 10 km going into town. We end the video with a drive through Pretoria in the Gauteng Province of South Africa.
