🎉 WE BOUGHT OUR ITALIAN HOME … while my immune system took a vacation.
Because nothing says “new homeowners” like catching the grandbaby’s mystery plague right before a 2-day drive.
I powered through: 🚗 Drove across countries while feeling like over-cooked pasta.
🏛️ Signed our closing documents in a Roman notary office while trying not to cough on anyone.
🔑 Were handed the keys to our new house.
🥂 Tried to celebrate… but my body said “absolutely not”
So instead of popping prosecco, I popped paracetamol and cough drops. Oh, and a bird poop plopped.
