Around The World Squat Kicks is an awesome lower body butt workout that targets all 3 parts of your glute muscles. Make sure to complete each kick (leg raise) at hip level to get the maximum benefit of the workout. Start off by doing 10 repetitions alternating sides and increase the intensity by adding resistance (Medicine Ball, Kettle Bell, Plate, and Dumb Bell). Adding Around The World Squats Kicks to your daily routine will have your butt looking nice and perky in no time.
