16 Min Barre/Pilates Abs & Booty | Pilates Ball | Home Workout
This class is a 16 minute class with a focus on the Abs & Booty. It is designed to help you tone and strengthen your core and gluts. Come channel your inner ballerina with me, though no tu-tu's are required...this work out is for ANYONE with a love of movement and music.
Options are offered to modify or advance, so this workout is suitable if you are a little older and if you have injuries you need to modify for.
The only equipment you need is a yoga mat, a pilates ball (or a blown up balloon will work too), and a big glass of water!
