STIR-FRIED PEPPER PRAWNS WITH GARLIC SPROUTS AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:
8-10 Tiger prawns, cleaned, deveined
100gm garlic sprouts
100gm of mixed white & brown Beech mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic, minced
½ red capsicum, diced
1-2 bird’s eye chilli (Optional)
Black pepper, coarsely grounded
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Black pepper sauce
1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce (Optional)
Water
Oil for cooking
Method:
1. Heat up some oil in a skillet/pan over medium low flame and add in the garlic. Then, add in the prawns, cook for 1-2 minutes, turning partially pink.
2. Add the garlic sprout and 1-2 tbsp water. Cook for about 2 minutes. You may keep it covered.
3. Now, add the mushrooms, stir fry for a few seconds then add the sauces except the sweet sauce accordingly.
4. Also add the black pepper powder, capsicum and close the lid. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Stir fry till all the sauces combine well with the ingredients.
6. Finally add the sweet sauce and more black pepper powder. Turn off the flame
Add the cut chilli if you want. It’s done !
