500g cooked chicken breast, bite-size diced either boiled or roasted
7 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp Crème Fraiche or Greek Yoghurt / thick cream – creamier taste
1 tbsp Curry powder of your choice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black/white pepper
3 tbsp mango chutney
2 tbsp golden raisins / sultanas
3 dried apricots, finely diced
