Hey folks~
Here is this week’s grammar point:
「(irregular verb) てください」
This is how we form a polite command using the verb “iku”:
日本語, ひらがあ, romaji, meaning↓
------------------------------------------------------
明日池袋のポケモンセンターに行ってください
あしたいけぶくろのぽけもんせんたーにいってください
ashita ikebukuro no pokemon sentaa ni itte kudasai
Meaning: “Please go to the Pokemon Center in Ikebukuro tomorrow.”
Iku becomes “itte”, then you add “kudasai”
------------------------------------------------------
This is how we form a polite command using the verb “kuru”:
日本語, ひらがあ, romaji, meaning↓
------------------------------------------------------
明日ミーティングがありますから、オフィスに来てください
あしたみいてぃんぐがありますから、おふぃすにきてください
ashita miitingu ga arimasu kara, ofisu ni kite kudasai
Meaning: “Please come to the office because there is a meeting tomorrow.”
Kuru becomes “kite”, then you add “kudasai”
------------------------------------------------------
This is how we form a polite command using the verb “suru”:
日本語, ひらがあ, romaji, meaning↓
------------------------------------------------------
とても楽しいから新しいポケモンレジェンズをプレイしてください
とてもたのしいからあたらしいぽけもんれじぇんずをぷれいしてください
totemo tanoshii kara atarashii pokemon rejenzu wo purei shite kudasai
Meaning: “Please play Pokemon Legends because it is very fun.”
Suru becomes “shite”, then you add “kudasai”
------------------------------------------------------
And by the way, ポッチャマ(pocchama)is the Japanese Pokemon name for Pliplup
