CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Finish your ride strong with this 10 minute Cycling Cool Down designed to ease your body back into balance. This session focuses on gentle stretches and light movements to relax tight muscles, lower your heart rate, and support recovery. Cooling down properly helps reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and promote circulation after both indoor and outdoor rides. Take this time to slow your breath, release tension in your legs, hips, and shoulders, and let your body fully transition out of your workout. A few mindful minutes here will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for the rest of your day.
