Our latest Workout of the Week follows on from our Javorek complex WoW in 2014. This WoW is an advanced dumbbell Javorek, which strips body fat and improves strength. Tommy guides Andy through five key dumbbell exercises to test technique, strength, stability and flexibility.
If you are a personal trainer, this is an excellent way to track your clients’ progression. For gym owners, this is something you can introduce members to, which they can then work on to improve.
Based on the principles from Javorek, this complex is a great way to simultaneously build total body strength and get lean.
Exercises;
Squat and one arm rotational press (each arm)
Reverse lunge with arm curl
Push up to renegade row
Side lunge to upright row (both sides)
Split jerk
6 x each exercise, then 90 seconds rest.
