Healthy Korean Pancake Recipe | Healing & Delicious Veggie Pancakes

Ingredients:
🥬 1 Cabbage
🥕 2 Carrots
🍠 1 Beetroot
🧂 1 tsp Salt
🌶️ 1/4 tsp Paprika
🥬 1/2 Cabbage (second half)
🍚 3 tbsp Rice Flour (more if needed to bind)
🚫💧 No water added
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2️⃣ Take 1.5 scoops of the mixture and place it on a greased pan over medium flame.
3️⃣ Flatten and smooth the edges of the pancake.
4️⃣ Cook one side for 5 minutes until golden.
5️⃣ Carefully flip the pancake: gently slide it onto a plate, then flip it back onto the pan.
6️⃣ Cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
7️⃣ For the soy-free sauce: mix 1 tbsp organic vinegar, 1 tbsp Sriracha, 1 tsp coconut aminos, chopped spring onion, and 1/4 cup water. Season to taste.
