This animation was crafted for DYPALL Network (Developing Youth Participation at Local Level), a European platform comprised of over 80 civil society organisations and local authorities from more than 30 countries, that aims to involve young people in decision-making processes at the local level.
DYPALL wanted to develop an explainer video that would present, in short, the power of Local Youth Councils in promoting and supporting young people, as part of a larger programme they had in development: the Quality Charter – a practical guide to establishing, enhancing, and sustaining a local youth council.
