Local Louisiana weightlifting meet. I had a goal of qualifying for the American Open. I needed a 296k total. I hit my goals with a 135k/170k for a 305k total. After a long season and my body desperately ready for a break I snuck this in. I know I left some weight on the table in the clean, but struggled in warmups. Technically they were not great lifts.
