Описание: This sleep hypnosis combines ASMR with real hypnotic & psychological techniques for insomnia, anxiety & Schumann resonances. Schumann resonances are a series of electromagnetic frequencies that occur between the Earth's surface & the ionosphere and are sometimes called "Earth's heartbeat". Schumann resonances are thought to have positive effects on health & well-being and a study found that a 7.83 Hz frequency can help reduce insomnia symptoms.

You cannot directly hear Schumann resonance as the frequency falls below the range of human hearing. To overcome this, in this video I will present different tones to each ear so the brain detects the difference making it audible.
