Ingredients:
For the Batter:
400 grams tapioca flour
For the Filling:
300 grams pork belly
275 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced shallots
Seasoning: Salt, MSG (or chicken bouillon powder), ground black pepper
Optional: annatto oil (for colour), kimchi red pepper powder
For the Green Onion Oil:
1/4 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup finely chopped green onions
