PSMF Bread ( Maria Emmerich Recipe )

Описание: Thanks for watching my video! This is not my recipe. This is just me making Maria Emmerich’s protein sparing modified fast bread recipe. I am really enjoying it! I love how clean the ingredients are.

I used

380 ml of liquid egg whites
A dash of cream of tartar
60 g of egg protein powder
1 tbsp confectioners swerve

My bake time in my oven was 315°F for 30 minutes and in the oven after it was shut off for 30 minutes.

*My bread cooked a little bit longer because I had more going on and I kept opening and closing my oven I would not suggest doing that. My loaf didn’t rise as much.
