Watch me put handstand canes together. It's not that exciting. Haha. But I took the time to film it and figured I would put it up. However, things never go perfectly smoothly and I definitely show my weaknesses on the canes.
These are a great tool for improving your handstands, balance and overall strength. But they are NOT easy! Mad respect for all the hand balancers out there.
