Today we are making a delicious crispy crab cake that is low in carbs and gluten free.
Ingredients
8 oz Good quality crab meat
1 medium sweet onion finely chopped
1 medium red bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 celery stalk finely chopped
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup light Mayonnaise
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Old Bay Seasoning
Light Olive oil for frying
Steps
Sauté onion, pepper and celery in oil until soft. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Combine with all of th ha e crab ingredients in a bowl.
Mix gently so as not to break up the pieces of crab.
Form into cakes.
Pan Fry.
Serve warm with remoulade or tartar sauce
