1 and a half cans of pineapple in syrup (about 800–900 g drained, about 28–32 oz drained)
1 large can of peaches in syrup (about 800 g drained, about 28 oz drained)
2 cans of grapes in syrup, well drained
Ladyfinger biscuits, enough to cover the pan (about 7–10 oz, as needed)
750 g mascarpone cheese (about 26.5 oz or 3 1/3 cups)
750 g heavy cream for whipping, very cold (about 26.5 oz or 3 1/3 cups)
250 g powdered sugar (about 8.8 oz or 2 cups)
20 g powdered gelatin (about 0.7 oz or 2 1/2 tablespoons)
150 ml cold water (about 5 fl oz or 2/3 cup)
For the gelatin topping
8 gelatin sheets or 16 g powdered gelatin (about 0.56 oz or 2 tablespoons)
200 ml pineapple syrup juice (about 6.8 fl oz or 3/4 cup)

Decorate with:
Fresh fruits cut into pieces (strawberries, kiwi, peach, etc.)
3 or 4 bananas
300 g of cleaned strawberries (10.5 oz)
For a cake using a 38 x 25 cm (15 x 10 in) mold with a height of 5 cm (2 in), and considering a standard portion of 5 x 5 cm (2 x 2 in) at the base, you can get approximately 38 servings.
